Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
Some exceptions include :
Treats - opened treats are not returnable.
Clothing/Beds - we will not issue a refund for any clothing or bed that is smelly, dirty, hairy or in any other non-resalable condition.
If you would like to return an item, please email us at returns@nawtydog.com and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours with return instructions. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and asked to return the item(s) along with a copy of the packing slip. Please be sure to clearly write the RMA number on both the packing slip and the outside of the box.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be given for merchandise total only. No refunds will be processed without a valid RMA number.
